Residential mold Inspection

Includes measurements of the following in each room:

• Temperature & Relative Humidity

• Particles (PM10 and PM2.5)

• Thermal imaging to identify areas of potential mold growth and water damage.

If air quality parameters indicate the possible presence of mold, then mold spore samples or tape lift samples will be collected as approved by client. This service takes 3-4 hours depending on size of home and sampling requirements.

A full report of results of air quality parameter tests and analytical results of mold samples, along with remediation recommendations will be provided following the assessment.

Cost:

• Initial inspection: $750, includes up to 2 samples (residential up to 3,000 sq. ft., commercial- call for pricing) and remediation protocol

• Additional samples $75 each (if needed and approved by client)

• Clearance inspection: $750, includes up to 2 samples, final clearance report, and Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation

• Crawlspace- additional $75 per inspection

• Total VOCs

• Common indoor air contaminants including:

  • Formaldehyde

  • Ammonia

  • Nitrogen Dioxide

  • Ozone

• Full written report and recommendations
